Upon your reservation request you are required to remit your $150 RUFUNDABLE RESERVATION DEPOSIT which will be instantly returned to you upon completion of your vacation. Resort fees and taxes are payable directly to the resort upon check-in.

Reservation requests made during peak season hours may incur holiday surcharges and may include but are not limited to; Spring Break/Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. In addition, non-holiday events, such as sporting events and festivals, may also incur surcharges. Check with your
reservation agent for details.
Your vacation package is designed for up to 4 travelers. Accommodations vary based upon availability but generally are Resort style, One-bedroom accommodations that sleep 4. Larger units are available for a small fee. Please inquire with your reservation agent. If Resort accommodations are unavailable you will be offered Standard resort hotel accommodations rated at least 3 stars.
How far in advance should we book our trip?
We suggest a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book your trip. For Holidays and peak periods please provide as much notice as possible so we can confirm your dates.
Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a charge of one night’s accommodations and a forfeiture of any fees paid. Cancellations greater than 14 days from travel date are subject to a fee based upon the time of year. Please contact your reservation agent for more details.
